You’ll probably think what a weird article, but we experience many consumers who are struggling with assessment. Well let’s be honest it may be not the most interesting entertainment article but it is very useful.The term assessment is used very often nowadays. But what does an assessment mean?

An assessment is an assignment which consists of 4 parts:
-Practical simulation
- IQ test
- Personality questions
- Interview

During an assessment you have to perform the best you can. But many jobseekers find it very hard what to do and especially what not to do during an assessment. So we decided to put together some do’s and don’ts with every section.

Practical simulation
Do’s
- Be open to other viewpoints without admitting
- Be the way you are in real life
- Practice: keep a presentation at home in front of a camera or friends and family and ask them for their opinions.
Don’ts
- Don’t use sharp findings against your opponent for example: ‘ Yesterday in the elevator you said you were willing to work overtime’. Make it a fair game.
- Obtain cramped the role of president just to show you are the leader.
- Ask how the assessors are judging afterwards.
- Do not hold on tightly to your own opinions, be open minded.

IQ Test

- Practice with general thinking and solution strategies of intelligence tests.
- Practice with the most common tests such as verbal analogies, figure series and syllogisms.
- Read the instructions before the test begins

- Do not stab to long with a task you don’t understand

- Don’t fill in the questions with strategic answers only because you hope the out coming will be a normal profile.

About the interview we can be very short. The most important thing during an interview is being honest and be yourself. The main goal of an assessment is to find out who fits perfectly in the job profile. Teenage girls across the country are waiting patiently on the edge of their seats for the results of the Justin Bieber paternity test. Recently, 20 year old Mariah Yeater claimed that Bieber fathered her nearly 4 month old son Tristyn. Unfortunately, there’s no guarantee the answer will be revealed quickly, if at all. In most recent news, it was Bieber who stepped forward and willingly submitted to a DNA test, while Yeater quickly became uncooperative, hesitating to subject her baby to testing. In the meantime, Yeater and her attorney are demading Justin Bieber submit to yet a second paternity test with Yeater’s attorney present.

Mariah Yeater initially claimed that, after finding her way backstage at a Bieber concert in Los Angeles October 25, 2010, she met Bieber, where they had an instant “connection,” which led to passionate bathroom sex, thus leading to the conception of baby Tristyn. While groupie/celebrity sex is not such an uncommon occurance, Mariah’s claims have been recently questioned as her character has been exposed thanks to constant media attention, as well as claims from her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, that it is he, not Bieber, who is the real father of Yeater’s baby.Unfortunately, it appears that Mariah Yeater’s claims of birthing a Bieber baby have backfired. With recent news surfacing about Ms. Yeater’s drug use as well as allegations that there could be several potential candidates who could be the father of her baby, it is beginning to appear that the odds of winning millions of dollars playing blackjack are better than the odds of Justin Bieber being the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby.

One of the hottest fashion trends is retro bathing suits. These swimsuits provide modesty with lower-cut bottoms and more supportive tops. Brad Pitt did a voice over for the character ‘Will the Krill’. Branching out to a younger generation was a smart career step. This would ensure he would be popular among all ages of viewers. Playing Mr. O’brian in the Tree of Life, Brad Pitt helped gross $13,303,319. Taking place in the 1950′s, this was a heartwarming story of three boys. In 2010, Brad Pitt took the screen through another animated character. Megamind was a film about a villain who defeated the hero, and is forced to find another type of meaning for his life. Pitt played the voice of the hero, Metro Man. The main idea behind the plot was “What if Lex Luthor beat Superman?”. Brad Pitt again found himself appealing to a young crowd. Inglorious Bastards, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button were some of Brad Pitt’s most memorable films. Inglorious Bastards was a film of battle in World War II. Playing the lead character Lt. Aldo Raine, Brad Pitt showcased his talents. One of the most popular films of Pitt’s entire career was The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. This film dove into the idea of a disease where one would age backwards. The film was one of his most popular and highest accomplishments.

“Drive” Shines But Doesn’t Put an Eye Out

The new movie “Drive” features director, Nicolas Winding Refn, who has been worshiped by gangs of cinophiles for years. Even with this terrific direcor, there are many reasons this film succeeds. The director is not known to main stream audiences; however, his dedication to the craft shines through every moment of the movie. Ryan Gosling has devoted himself to serious roles in serious films. His enthusiasm for the work has helped him create a powerful character for this film. Carey Mulligan, as the lead female in the movie, succeeds and has that perfect look which disarms the audience in her role. However, Drive would not reach the levels of success as a film it has achieved without the stellar supporting cast.

Bryan Cranston, Albert Brooks, Ron Perlman, Oscar Isaac and Christina Hicks have all created characters that help lift “Drive” above being a solid character driven movie of vendetta and action, to a place of being a flat out brilliant movie. Instead of focusing on delivering performance, these actors delivered performances that are astute, thought through and deepen the complexity of the film.

Like almost every movie ever made, there can be disparaging remarks made about the film. For “Drive” there is only one aspect of the film that misses the mark. Nothing in the film brings anything new to the table. In films of violence, revenge, action and repentance by the masters, there are notable moments of the human spirit and new insight. “Drive” does not provide these moments, and instead stays a terrific movie just missing the master mark.

“Drive” is a movie starring Ryan Gosling, directed by Nicolas Winding Refn and based on a book by Hossein Amini. This is an adult film, rated ‘R’ for violence and language.

Google Devours Motorola In Bid To Avert Patent Losses

When Google announced its proposed acquisition of Motorola Mobility, it surprised much of the mobile world. Motorola only recently had split itself into two with the stated purpose of allowing its profitable mobile division to prosper while the rest of Motorola would struggle to overcome recent reversals. Whether Motorola and Google were in talks before the split remains unknown, however, acquiring the mobile powerhouse has two major implications for Google as it moves forward.

Buying Motorola Mobility handed Google what it has tried to create on its own: a presence in the smartphone handset market. Already established as the developer of Android, Google has long tried to intrude upon the mobile marketplace with its own phones. The first Google phone, the Nexus One made by HTC, was an abysmal failure. Poor marketing and market apathy quickly prompted Google to cancel the product. Another Google phone, the Nexus S made by Samsung, has also received cool treatment from consumers. Now that it controls viable products in the Android hardware ecosystem, Google now direct its evolution as it sees fit.

Although expanding Google influence in the mobile market makes sense, patent concerns make an even stronger reason for the Motorola acquisition. Google has recently sparred with Microsoft over an auction of Novell patent rights and now faces government review for its role in a Nortel patent auction, prompting Google to bolster its position regarding patent law. Specifically, Google referenced its concerns about Apple and Microsoft, two of its chief competitors.

For its part, Apple has pioneered the use of patent law and trade courts to protect its interests in the market. For example, Apple recently won a victory against HTC before the International Trade Commission. The Commission ruled that HTC infringed on Apple patents and could ban the import of HTC phones when it decides that company’s fate. Apple also has successfully used patent law to defeat the Samsung Galaxy Tab mobile tablet in Europe and Australia. Aggressive use of the law to dominate the mobile market shows the world that every company and product should fear for its safety. Google clearly has an interest in avoiding patent hurdles as the company continues to engulf the technology world.

Although the Motorola deal may result in new, innovative products for consumers, some in the business community mourn the news. As Google, Microsoft and Apple emerge as the top players in the mobile market; some see the Google move as strengthening divisions in the technology world. This could dash the hopes of consumers and businesses who have hoped for an integrated technology landscape where all three platforms seamlessly work together.

The Birth of Josh Homme’s Son

Josh Hommes is an American Rock musician who has had his hands involved in record production. Starting out as a Kyuss member, Josh Hommes showcased his guitarist skills while slowly making his way into the Queens of the Stone Age, in which he is not only a guitarist but their songwriter and front man. Despite the past trouble Josh Homme has encountered, he has managed to keep his head above water. Standing firm in the married life and fatherhood hasn’t been hard for him at all.

The front man of the Queens Stone-age, Josh Homme is celebrating the birth of his new son with his wife Brody Dalle. For Josh Homme this is child number 2 and this child is just as exciting as the first. Their son Orrin Ryder Homme was born on August 12th, 2011 at 7lbs 12oz. The red head baby boy brought joy to both of his parents and their four year marriage.

Josh Hommes and Brody Dalle tied the knot in 2007 in the Palm Springs area. Brody Dalle is front woman of group Spinnerette. They are parents to a 5 year old daughter whom was born in 2006. Josh Homme was gifted the birth of his son days after Nick Oliver was charged with firearm and drug offenses. Currently the bassist of Kyuss LIVE, he is now the former player for Queens Stone age.

Brody Dalle wasn’t media drunk when it came to giving the great news. She wanted a whole entire day to inform her Twitter followers that she was a proud mother of a new red head baby boy. And her fans were just as excited to her about her and Josh’s great news. Her Twitter post read

“We got us a very handsome Red headed Baby Boy – Orrin Ryder Homme born on Friday the 12th of august , 7 lbs 12oz . Weez totes IN-LOVE. (sic)”

Orrin Ryder Homme is going to have one interesting life. His father Josh Homme is a collector of rare motorcycles and has 17 different tattoos. The more noticeable are the ones on his knuckles. Which read his daughters name and the name of his grandparents.

The wonderful birth of Josh Homme and Brody Dalle is definitely something worth talking about. The couple plans to enjoy their new red head baby boy Orrin Ryder Homme. He is sure to have an interesting and wonderful life.
